LIABILITY:
My Perfect Party strictly provides rental / entertainment equipment. Please be aware that children need to be supervised. We cannot be held responsible for accidental damage caused by your guest. My Perfect Party assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damage caused during your party. We are not responsible for allergic reactions and/or any medical reactions from extra goodies, costumes, snacks, or any activity occurring before, during, or after the party; the responsibility lies strictly with the client.
BOOKING & PAYMENT:
If you cancel your party you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 plus taxes/fees. We take Venmo, cash, credit & debit cards only. This goes toward the total cost of your party. The remaining balance will need to be paid a week before your party. (7 days)
DAMAGE WAIVER.
The client agrees to be charged the full cost of any item that is damaged beyond repair, lost, or stolen (other than ordinary wear and tear resulting from reasonable and proper use). Damaged items that can be repaired must be returned in their broken state to be eligible for lesser repair costs & a cleaning fee. We will notify the client of the price and charge the client’s card that they used to pay for the party.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Venmo, cash, & credit/debit cards. We do not accept Checks.
SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT:
A non-smoker environment must always be provided during the party/ teepee rental. We will charge the client an extra 50% of the cost of the party and a $100 cleaning fee in case any of the items have been exposed to smoke or other odors related to it. We are a smoke-free company.
ALLERGIES:
It is your sole responsibility to investigate the allergies of invitees and guests attending the event. It is your responsibility to let us know if anyone has allergies. Please advise us in advance if a child has an allergy or an allergy to a particular washing soap, so we can discuss options with you. My Perfect Party cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions to Slime products. We use quality products and follow strict hygiene routines.
PHOTOGRAPHY:
My Perfect Party reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any promotional media controlled by us. You will make no monetary or other claims against My Perfect Party for the use of photographs taken of your children/guests. If you don’t want your child’s/guest’s photos taken just let us know!
COPYRIGHTS:
My Perfect Party reserves the right to all the party themes, packages, and materials. Our party themes and packages are for the exclusive use of our website and business. Our rented items cannot be re-rented, sold, or used for pictures or any professional reasons.
Noncompete Agreement:
This Non-Compete Agreement is between My Perfect Party and the client. The Client will not work as an employee, director, partner, consultant, agent, or owner in any other capacity with a competing company. This means that the client must not perform work/or start a teepee party/slime/glamping/spa rental business within a 300-mile radius of Caddo parish, Louisiana
CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
The Client acknowledges that they have been provided with the opportunity to negotiate this agreement, have had the opportunity to seek legal counsel before paying the deposit, and that the restrictions imposed are fair and necessary for the Company’s business interests. Finally, the Client agrees that these restrictions are reasonable and do not constitute a threat to their livelihood.
APPLICABLE LAW:
This agreement and its interpretation shall be governed by the laws of louisiana State Law. Both parties agree to these terms and give their consent and authority to this agreement by signing.
TRAVEL FEE:
We base mileage fees on the suggested routes of MapQuest.com which applies to areas located 25 miles outside of 71115. Since we make 2 round trips to your location, one for setting up and one for pick up, we must charge a travel fee. Area codes up to 20 miles from Shreveport do not have a delivery fee. Contact us directly to discuss rates. We may be able to work out a price.
ADDITIONAL ITEMS AND PARTY GUESTS:
All Extra goodies /add-ons are due on the day of your event. You have up to 2 weeks prior to the event to add any additional guests or items so we can order supplies in advance and avoid any interruption of the service.
FLOOR SPACE REQUIREMENT:
Before you book with My Perfect Party please make sure you have enough room, and a clean and safe area for kids to stay in. Our Teepee setup is 4 feet x 6 feet. Our mattresses inside the tents are single- size mattresses if that helps. It’s the client’s responsibility to measure the room to make sure the tents will fit and have the space cleared out for setting up. We do not move furniture.
SET UP AND DURATION:
We will try to set up your event as quickly as possible. We have a lot of things to do in a short period of time. We will take about 60 to 90 minutes to set up.
CHECKLIST:
We will provide a checklist so that way you know all rental items and any additional items picked by the client will be delivered. It’s the client’s responsibility to return all the items that are on the checklist back in perfect condition the next day. You will be charged a fee if any of the items within the checklist are damaged or lost. The client has the right to look at items before we leave and let us know of any damages prior to renting our items. If any damages or stains are pointed out by the client prior to the rental a note will be written in the checklist, so no charges will be made for those specific damages. This protects both parties.
GUEST NUMBER AND HOSTESS FEES:
One child per teepee package. This is to ensure no items are damaged or children are hurt. It is the Parent/Client’s responsibility to make sure this rule is followed.
RENTAL RETURN:
Our team will arrive the next day to pick up our items. An inspection of the items will be on the checklist and we will let the client know of any issues/damaged/lost items or fees that may be applied.
CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:
Have a space cleared and cleaned for set up as WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE. Provide safe, clean areas for extra goodies/add-ons if ordered. Provide a smoke-free environment. Make sure no pets are in the party area. Make sure NO food/drinks are consumed in the teepee/tent area. If anything is stained or damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of the product or products damaged. Please always remain with the party.
RESCHEDULE OR CANCELLATION:
Cancellations may be possible 30 days prior to the party. The deposit is non-refundable; however, it very well may be applied towards the expense of another party whenever held within 90 days of the first party date. On the off chance that you decide to drop our booking in ANY way, shape, or form, your deposit will not be refunded. My Perfect Party has provided this account of our policies / User terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before Paying the Party Deposit. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.
